After an order is shipped, delivery is 3-5 business days domestically, and 6-12 business days internationally, with regular shipping. If your order has styles which are all with a ‘Delivered By’ shipping timeframe, you will see an express shipping option at the checkout.
Where does Lucy in the Sky ship from?
All orders ship out of Los Angeles, we design all of our styles in-house. You can see an estimated delivery time for each style by going to the specific product page and selecting your size, and in your Order History on the My Account page and/or in your email confirmation.
Does Lucy in the Sky do refunds?
Your return will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving it – you will receive the store credit code in your email. In the unfortunate case of any damaged or delayed styles, you are entitled to either a refund, store credit or any repair costs.

Why does Lulu take so long to ship?
