How do I use my Speedway card at the pump?
If you have a Speedway card and want to use it at the pump, there are two options available to you. The first option is to use the Speedy Rewards app on your phone to scan your card at the scanner on the pump before fueling. Alternatively, you can also choose to hit the “YES” button when prompted to use an alternate ID.
To use the Speedy Rewards app, simply open it on your smartphone and navigate to the “My Rewards” section. From there, you can select the option to “Scan at Pump,” which will activate your phone’s camera. Hold your phone up to the scanner on the pump, and the app will automatically scan your card information.
If you prefer to use an alternate ID, simply follow the prompts on the pump screen. When prompted, select “YES” to use an alternate ID, then enter your phone number or alternate ID number using the keypad on the pump. Once you’ve entered your information, follow the remaining prompts on the screen to complete your transaction.
By using either of these two methods, you can quickly and easily use your Speedway card at the pump and start earning rewards points with every purchase.
How do you use a gift card at a gas pump?
Yes, as long as the merchant accepts gift cards (via partial authorizations) at the pump. When prompted, press “debit” and enter your PIN number. If the card does not work at the pump, the merchant should be able to process your transaction inside the service station.
What happens if you use a gift card at a gas station?
